Welcome to 1nk.ai. These Terms govern your use of our website, link‑in‑bio pages, AI twin chat, and related background processing (file uploads, chunking, summaries, vector indexing, and signature generation). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, do not use the Service.
• Waitlist sign‑ups provide an email and optional handle; creators may later create a page.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and keeping your credentials secure.

2. Creator Content & AI Training

• You retain ownership of content you upload or connect.
• You grant 1nk.ai a license to host, cache, process, chunk, summarize, vectorize, generate style signatures, and display your content to deliver the Service (including AI chat, retrieval, reranking, and analytics).
• Upload only content you have rights to. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or unsafe content.
• You can configure consent, tone, and guardrails. You may request takedown or adjustments to your AI at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, self‑harm encouragement, or illegal activity.
• No medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance.
• No spamming, scraping other users, interfering with the Service, or abusing rate limits.

4. Plans, Limits, and Fees

• See the current plans, limits, and fees on our Pricing page; those terms govern.
• Fair‑use and abuse protections may apply. Taxes and processor fees may be added where applicable.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by third‑party providers. You agree to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Some charges may be non‑refundable unless required by law.

6. Fan Chat Disclosures

• Fans interact with an AI assistant configured by the creator. We disclose AI usage and safety guidance.
• AI responses may include affiliate or commerce links; we aim to label sponsored or monetized links where applicable.

7. Link Previews

To render link previews in chat, our servers may fetch publicly available metadata (Open Graph, Twitter cards, page titles/thumbnails). We cache minimal data to improve performance.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data, including uploads, chat logs, summaries, embeddings, and analytics.

9. Takedown & Reporting

If you believe content violates your rights or these Terms, contact hello@1nk.ai. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or adjust AI behavior.

10. AI & System Behavior

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. Use discretion, especially for health, finance, or legal topics. We apply safety guardrails and may adjust or refuse responses that violate policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, nor the accuracy of AI outputs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1nk.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts you paid to us in the past 12 months.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
