• Creator Content: files and links you upload or connect; derived artifacts such as chunks, summaries, embeddings, and signature candidates.
• Chat Data: messages exchanged with your AI, including context briefs, tone snapshots, and applied signature IDs.
• Usage & Device Data: log data, cookies, analytics (pages viewed, referral, locale, device details).
• Payments: processed by third‑party providers; we receive limited billing metadata, not full card numbers.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the Service: chunking, summarizing, vectorizing, reranking, and operating AI chat according to creator settings.
• Generate style signatures and tone cues for creators’ AI twins (when enabled).
• Detect abuse, ensure safety, and enforce our Terms.
• Analytics, research, and product development.
• Communications about updates, features, and support; you can opt out of non‑essential emails.

Link Previews

To render previews, our servers may fetch publicly available metadata from linked pages (Open Graph, Twitter cards). We cache minimal data to improve performance.

Sharing

• With service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, LLM providers, vector databases) under appropriate safeguards.
• If required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.

• Creators can change AI training sources, tone, guardrails, and whether style signatures are generated.

Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the Service if you are under 18. If we learn we collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

International Users

Your data may be processed in countries different from where you live. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
